Free Juana 420 Rally

Our activity is planned to be held on April 20, 2022. On that date, a walk will be carried out by  seventh occasion in which we will leave the Luis Muñoz Rivera Park heading towards the Plaza de la Democracia in the Capitol . The walk will start at 2:00 pm

With the purpose of endorsing and informing about the project of the House of Representatives 1119 presented by the representative Héctor Ferrer, which contemplates reducing the prison sentences provided for in Article 404 of the Controlled Substances Law and creating alternative procedures for those cases for possession of cannabis for personal use. And it legalizes the responsible adult use of cannabis for those over 21 years of age. 

Our mission is to change the current punitive approach for a more humane and health approach, in addition to promoting the decriminalization and medicalization of hemp in Puerto Rico. This is why several organizations have come together to summon the entire Puerto Rican family through social networks and the mass media, so that this, April 20, 2022 they meet together to demand from our legislators the NEED to reform current public policy on the use and abuse of controlled substances.

After making the walk from the aforementioned park to the Capitol,   we will have a press conference in Plaza Democracia, music   and we will have a health fair in which we will guide on the use of medical cannabis.
